पंजाब के होशियारपुर में आज सुबह उस समय गहमागहमी का माहौल बन गया, जब पूर्व मंत्री सुंदर शाम अरोड़ा के आवास पर प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) की टीम ने छापेमारी की। इस कार्रवाई से राजनीतिक गलियारों में हलचल मच गई है।
जानकारी के अनुसार, आज सुबह करीब 6:30 बजे केंद्रीय जांच एजेंसियों ED और आयकर विभाग (IT) की गाड़ियां अरोड़ा के घर के बाहर पहुंचीं। अधिकारियों ने पूरे इलाके को घेरते हुए घर के अंदर कागजातों की गहन जांच शुरू कर दी।
फिलहाल सुरक्षा कड़ी कर दी गई है और किसी को भी घर के अंदर या बाहर जाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जा रही है। छापेमारी किन मामलों से जुड़ी है, इसको लेकर अभी तक आधिकारिक बयान सामने नहीं आया है। जांच एजेंसियों की कार्रवाई जारी है।
