पंजाब में बड़ा रेल हादसा टला, वंदे भारत ट्रेन से टकराई भैंस

पंजाब के रूपनगर जिले में एक बड़ा रेल हादसा उस समय टल गया, जब नई दिल्ली से श्री आनंदपुर साहिब जा रही वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस एक भैंस से टकरा गई। यह घटना नंगल डैम से करीब दो किलोमीटर पहले हुई, जब अचानक एक भैंस रेलवे ट्रैक पर आ गई।

स्थिति को भांपते हुए लोको पायलट ने समय रहते इमरजेंसी ब्रेक लगाए, जिससे ट्रेन पटरी से उतरने से बच गई और बड़ा हादसा टल गया। टक्कर के कारण ट्रेन के अगले हिस्से को हल्का नुकसान पहुंचा है, लेकिन किसी भी यात्री के घायल होने की सूचना नहीं है।

एहतियात के तौर पर ट्रेन को कुछ समय के लिए रोका गया। रेलवे अधिकारियों ने मौके पर पहुंचकर ट्रैक को साफ कराया, जिसके बाद ट्रेन को आगे के सफर के लिए रवाना कर दिया गया। रेलवे प्रशासन ने घटना की जांच शुरू कर दी है और यात्रियों की सुरक्षा को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता बताया है।

Major Train Accident Averted in Punjab as Vande Bharat Hits Buffalo

A major railway accident was averted in Rupnagar district of Punjab when the Vande Bharat Express travelling from New Delhi to Sri Anandpur Sahib collided with a buffalo. The incident occurred around two kilometres before Nangal Dam after the animal suddenly came onto the railway track.

The loco pilot applied emergency brakes in time, preventing the train from derailing and averting a major mishap. The front portion of the train sustained minor damage, but no passengers were reported injured.

As a precaution, the train was halted briefly. Railway officials reached the spot, cleared the track, and later allowed the train to resume its journey. The Railway Administration has initiated an investigation and reiterated that passenger safety remains its top priority.
