पावेलियन मॉल के पास टैक्सी ड्राइवर से मारपीट मामले में कार्रवाई, धरने के बाद पुलिस कर्मियों पर बीएनएस की धाराएं लगीं

26 जनवरी की रात पावेलियन मॉल के पास टैक्सी ड्राइवर के साथ हुई मारपीट को लेकर कल (30/01/2026) को भरत नगर चौक पर धरना प्रदर्शन किया गया, जिसके परिणाम स्वरुप उन सभी पुलिस वालों के खिलाफ बी. एन. एस. की धारा 298, 115/2, 126/2 लगा कर उनके खिलाफ कार्यवाही की गयी है।

Action taken in taxi driver assault case near Pavilion Mall; police personnel booked under BNS sections after protest

Following the assault on a taxi driver near Pavilion Mall on the night of January 26, a protest was held yesterday (30/01/2026) at Bharat Nagar Chowk. As a result of the protest, action has been taken against all the involved police personnel by registering cases under BNS sections 298, 115(2), and 126(2).
