Ludhiana के शहरवासियों को जल्द ही ट्रैफिक जाम से राहत मिलने वाली है। Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) ने 200 फुट चौड़ी नई लिंक रोड के निर्माण कार्य की शुरुआत कर दी है।
यह लिंक रोड मलेरकोटला रोड को सिधवान नहर-लोहारा पुल से सीधे जोड़ेगी, जिससे शहर के व्यस्त मार्गों पर दबाव कम होगा। नई सड़क बनने से आसपास के रिहायशी और औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों के लोगों को आने-जाने में काफी सुविधा मिलेगी।
अधिकारियों के अनुसार, यह परियोजना शहर के ट्रैफिक प्रबंधन को बेहतर बनाने की दिशा में एक अहम कदम है। सड़क के निर्माण से यात्रा समय घटेगा और वैकल्पिक मार्ग उपलब्ध होने से जाम की समस्या में कमी आएगी।
स्थानीय लोगों ने भी इस परियोजना का स्वागत किया है और उम्मीद जताई है कि यह लिंक रोड शहर के विकास को नई रफ्तार देगी।

Big Traffic Relief for Ludhiana, Work Begins on 200-Foot-Wide Link Road
Residents of Ludhiana can expect major relief from traffic congestion soon as the Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) has commenced construction of a 200-foot-wide link road.
The new road will directly connect Malerkotla Road with the Sidhwan Canal–Lohara Bridge, significantly reducing traffic pressure on busy city routes. The project is expected to ease commuting for residents of nearby residential and industrial areas.
Officials stated that this initiative is a key step toward improving urban traffic management. Once completed, the link road will reduce travel time and provide an alternative route, helping decongest major roads.
