ਪੁਲਿਸ ਲਾਈਨ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਜ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਚੇਅਰਪਰਸਨ ਮੈਡਮ ਰਾਜ ਲਾਲੀ ਗਿੱਲ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਲੋਕ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੁੱਲ 47 ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 30 ਮਾਮਲੇ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਵਿਵਾਦਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਸਨ।
ਘਰੇਲੂ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਲਾਕ, ਆਪਸੀ ਝਗੜੇ, ਲੜਾਈਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਰਹੇ। ਕਈ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਪੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਮਨੇ-ਸਾਮਨੇ ਬਿਠਾ ਕੇ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ, ਜਦਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ।
ਚੇਅਰਪਰਸਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਟੁੱਟਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾਉਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਆਂ ਦਿਵਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਜਲਦੀ ਨਿਪਟਾਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੇ।
ਲੋਕ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ। ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਹਰ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੀੜਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਆਂ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਹਰ ਸੰਭਵ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।

Public Court Held at Police Line Ludhiana; 47 Cases Heard Including 30 Domestic Disputes
A Lok Adalat (Public Court) was organized today at Police Line Ludhiana under the leadership of Madam Raj Lali Gill, Chairperson of the Punjab State Women’s Commission. During the session, a total of 47 cases were heard, out of which 30 were related to domestic disputes.
The domestic matters mainly involved issues such as divorce, mutual quarrels, fights, and family disputes. In many cases, both parties were made to sit face-to-face in an effort to reach a compromise, while in some instances, orders for further legal action were issued.
The Chairperson stated that the primary objective of the Women’s Commission is to prevent families from breaking apart and to ensure justice for women. She also directed the concerned authorities to resolve the cases promptly.
A large number of people attended the Public Court with their complaints. The Commission assured that every case would be taken seriously and that all possible steps would be taken to ensure justice for the victims.
