लुधियाना। क्रिस्टल स्विचगियर्स ने नॉर्थ इंडिया का पहला एलईडी लाइट्स मैन्युफैक्चरिंग प्लांट लुधियाना में स्थापित कर दिया है। यह जानकारी कंपनी के मालिक मनमोहन सिंह ने साहनेवाल में आयोजित तीन दिवसीय इंटेक्स एक्सपो के दौरान दी। इस एक्सपो में क्रिस्टल स्विचगियर्स ने भाग लिया, जहां देश के विभिन्न राज्यों से आए विज़िटर्स ने कंपनी के उत्पादों को सराहा और बड़ी संख्या में बुकिंग भी की गई।
मनमोहन सिंह ने बताया कि इस नए प्लांट के शुरू होने से अब लोगों को हाई क्वालिटी एलईडी लाइट्स सस्ते दामों पर उपलब्ध कराई जाएंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली, मुंबई समेत कई अन्य राज्यों से आए व्यापारियों और ग्राहकों ने क्रिस्टल की एलईडी लाइट्स में विशेष रुचि दिखाई है, जिससे कंपनी को सकारात्मक प्रतिक्रिया मिल रही है।
उन्होंने बताया कि क्रिस्टल स्विचगियर्स पिछले 65 वर्षों से इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उत्पादों का निर्माण कर रही है। कंपनी पिछले 7 वर्षों से एलईडी लाइट्स और करीब 12 वर्षों से वायर और केबल के क्षेत्र में अग्रणी भूमिका निभा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत में अक्सर लोगों को अच्छी क्वालिटी के इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उत्पाद आसानी से नहीं मिल पाते, लेकिन इस नए मैन्युफैक्चरिंग प्लांट के माध्यम से उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले उत्पाद कम कीमत पर उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे।
मनमोहन सिंह ने जानकारी दी कि फिलहाल इस प्लांट में 200 से अधिक प्रकार की एलईडी लाइट्स का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। इन एलईडी लाइट्स में माइक्रोबीम क्रिस्टल कोटिंग का इस्तेमाल किया गया है, जिससे समय के साथ पीलेपन की समस्या नहीं आती। आमतौर पर एसी या गीजर के उपयोग से 5–10 साल बाद एलईडी में पीलापन आ जाता है, लेकिन क्रिस्टल की एलईडी में यह समस्या नहीं होगी।
इसके अलावा कंपनी की एलईडी लाइट्स में यूएस टेक्नोलॉजी आधारित केरी चिप का उपयोग किया गया है, जिससे उत्पाद लंबे समय तक खराब नहीं होते। यदि किसी कारणवश कोई समस्या आती है तो कंपनी पीस-टू-पीस रिप्लेसमेंट की सुविधा देगी। कंपनी अपने उत्पादों पर दो साल की गारंटी और वारंटी भी प्रदान कर रही है।
मनमोहन सिंह ने बताया कि जहां अन्य कंपनियां एलईडी में प्लास्टिक बॉडी का इस्तेमाल करती हैं, वहीं क्रिस्टल स्विचगियर्स एलुमिनियम बॉडी का प्रयोग कर रही है, जिससे टूट-फूट का खतरा कम हो जाता है और उत्पाद अधिक टिकाऊ बनते हैं।
हाई क्वालिटी के बावजूद 5 से 10 प्रतिशत तक कम कीमत
उन्होंने बताया कि बेंगलुरु के बाद नॉर्थ इंडिया में यह पहला एलईडी मैन्युफैक्चरिंग प्लांट है, जो पंजाब के लुधियाना में स्थापित किया गया है। एलईडी निर्माण में उपयोग की जाने वाली तकनीक यूरोप की है, जो पहले 40 देशों में एक्सपोर्ट की जा रही थी, जिससे उत्पाद महंगे पड़ते थे। अब वही तकनीक लुधियाना में इस्तेमाल की जा रही है, जिससे क्वालिटी नामी ब्रांड्स से बेहतर होगी और कीमत अन्य ब्रांड्स के मुकाबले 5 से 10 प्रतिशत तक कम रहेगी।
मनमोहन सिंह ने यह भी बताया कि क्रिस्टल स्विचगियर्स की वायर और केबल पहले से ही बाज़ार में अपनी मजबूत पहचान बना चुकी है। कंपनी अपने वायर में थ्री लेयर, एफआरएलएस और ट्विस्टेड टेक्नोलॉजी एक साथ प्रदान करती है, जो अब तक कोई भी बड़ी कंपनी एक ही वायर में नहीं दे सकी है।

Crystal Switchgears inaugurates North India’s first LED manufacturing plant in Ludhiana
Ludhiana: Crystal Switchgears has set up North India’s first LED lights manufacturing plant in Ludhiana. This information was shared by the company’s owner, Manmohan Singh, during the three-day Intex Expo held in Sahnewal. Crystal Switchgears participated in the expo, where visitors from various states across the country appreciated the company’s products, resulting in a large number of bookings.
Manmohan Singh stated that with the commencement of this new plant, high-quality LED lights will now be available to consumers at affordable prices. He added that traders and customers from Delhi, Mumbai, and several other states have shown keen interest in Crystal’s LED lights, giving the company an encouraging response.
He further informed that Crystal Switchgears has been manufacturing electronic products for the past 65 years. The company has been involved in LED lights for the last 7 years and has maintained a strong presence in the wire and cable segment for nearly 12 years. He said that good-quality electronic products are often not easily available in India, but through this new manufacturing plant, high-quality products will now be made available at lower prices.
Manmohan Singh revealed that the plant is currently manufacturing more than 200 types of LED lights. These LEDs feature Microbeam Crystal Coating, which prevents yellowing over time. Generally, LEDs tend to turn yellow after 5–10 years of use with appliances like air conditioners or geysers, but this issue will not occur with Crystal’s LEDs.
In addition, the company’s LED lights use US technology-based Keri chips, which ensure long-lasting performance. In case of any issue, the company will provide piece-to-piece replacement. Crystal Switchgears is also offering a two-year guarantee and warranty on its products.
Manmohan Singh explained that while most companies use plastic bodies in their LED lights, Crystal Switchgears uses aluminium bodies, which reduces the risk of breakage and makes the products more durable.
5 to 10 Percent Lower Prices Despite High Quality
He stated that after Bengaluru, this is the first LED manufacturing plant in North India, established in Ludhiana, Punjab. The technology used in LED manufacturing is European, which was earlier used for exports to over 40 countries, making the products expensive. Now, by using the same technology in Ludhiana, the quality will be superior to leading brands, while prices will be 5 to 10 percent lower compared to other branded products.
Manmohan Singh also mentioned that Crystal Switchgears’ wires and cables have already established a strong reputation in the market. The company provides three-layer, FRLS, and twisted technology together in its wires—features that no major company has been able to offer collectively in a single wire so far.
