बेंगलुरु: रियल एस्टेट सेक्टर से एक बेहद दुखद खबर सामने आई है। कॉन्फिडेंट ग्रुप के संस्थापक और चेयरमैन सी.जे. रॉय की शुक्रवार को बेंगलुरु स्थित उनके कार्यालय में कथित तौर पर आत्महत्या से मृत्यु हो गई। वह 57 वर्ष के थे।

प्रारंभिक जानकारी के अनुसार, घटना के समय उनके कार्यालय में आयकर विभाग के अधिकारी जांच कर रहे थे। इसी दौरान वे अपने केबिन में गए, जहां उन्होंने खुद को गोली मार ली। गंभीर हालत में उन्हें अस्पताल ले जाया गया, लेकिन डॉक्टरों ने उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया।

पुलिस अधिकारियों का कहना है कि यह मामला आत्महत्या का प्रतीत होता है, हालांकि सभी पहलुओं से जांच की जा रही है। घटनास्थल से साक्ष्य एकत्र किए गए हैं और फोरेंसिक टीम की मदद ली जा रही है।
