अमृतसर में विदेशी सिगरेटें नष्ट, तस्करी पर कड़ा प्रहार बॉर्डर पर निगरानी सख्त। अमृतसर: कस्टम विभाग ने तस्करी के जरिए लाई गई विदेशी सिगरेटों को सरकारी नियमों के तहत नष्ट कर दिया। यह कार्रवाई वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों की मौजूदगी में पर्यावरण मानकों का पालन करते हुए ‘इंसिनरेशन’ प्रक्रिया से की गई। विभाग ने कहा कि तस्करी रोकने के लिए बॉर्डर क्षेत्रों में निगरानी बढ़ा दी गई है और दोषियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी।

Foreign Cigarettes Destroyed in Amritsar; Strict Action Against Smuggling
Amritsar: The Customs Department destroyed foreign cigarettes that had been brought in through smuggling, in accordance with government regulations. The action was carried out in the presence of senior officials and in compliance with environmental standards through the incineration process.
The department stated that surveillance in border areas has been intensified to curb smuggling, and strict action will continue to be taken against those found guilty.
