जिला मजिस्ट्रेट हिमांशु जैन ने मंगलवार को सख्त आदेश जारी करते हुए पूरे जिले में रात 10:00 बजे से सुबह 6:00 बजे तक लाउडस्पीकर, डीजे सिस्टम, पब्लिक एड्रेस सिस्टम और अन्य सभी ध्वनि-वर्धक उपकरणों के उपयोग पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है।
यह आदेश 15 अप्रैल 2026 तक प्रभावी रहेगा।
भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 की धारा 163 और शोर प्रदूषण (नियमन और नियंत्रण) नियम, 2000 के तहत प्रशासन ने निर्देश दिया है कि ऐसे उपकरण केवल सुबह 6:00 बजे से रात 10:00 बजे तक ही चलाए जा सकते हैं। निर्धारित समय के बाहर इनका उपयोग पूरी तरह प्रतिबंधित रहेगा।
शादियों, धार्मिक कार्यक्रमों, सामाजिक समारोहों, जुलूसों और अन्य आयोजनों के दौरान ध्वनि स्तर को कानूनी सीमा के भीतर रखना अनिवार्य होगा। अधिसूचित साइलेंस जोन—जैसे अस्पताल, स्कूल, कॉलेज, अदालत और अन्य संवेदनशील संस्थानों के आसपास—लाउडस्पीकर के उपयोग पर पहले से लागू नियमों के अनुसार सख्त नियंत्रण जारी रहेगा।
प्रशासन ने चेतावनी दी है कि आदेश का उल्लंघन करने पर सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। कार्यक्रम आयोजकों, मैरिज पैलेस संचालकों, डीजे सेवा प्रदाताओं, धार्मिक संस्थाओं और आम जनता को आदेश का पूर्ण पालन करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। जिला पुलिस और अन्य प्रवर्तन एजेंसियों को नियमों की निगरानी कर उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ तुरंत कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

DM Imposes Ban on Loudspeakers and DJs from 10 PM to 6 AM to Curb Noise Pollution
The District Magistrate, Himanshu Jain, issued a strict order on Tuesday imposing a ban on the use of loudspeakers, DJ systems, public address systems, and all other sound-amplifying devices across the district from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
This order will remain effective until April 15, 2026.
Under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, and the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000, the administration has directed that such equipment may only be used between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Their use outside these prescribed hours is strictly prohibited.
During weddings, religious events, social functions, processions, and other gatherings, sound levels must remain within the legally permissible limits. In notified silence zones—such as areas around hospitals, schools, colleges, courts, and other sensitive institutions—strict enforcement of existing rules regarding loudspeaker use will continue.
The administration has warned that strict legal action will be taken against anyone violating the order. Event organizers, marriage palace operators, DJ service providers, religious institutions, and the general public have been instructed to fully comply with the directive. The district police and other enforcement agencies have been directed to monitor compliance and take immediate action against violators.
