लुधियाना के ऑब्जर्वेशन होम में रह रहे 85 बच्चों के लिए स्किल डेवलपमेंट कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की गई। डिप्टी कमिश्नर हिमांशु जैन ने हेयर ड्रेसर एंड स्टाइलिस्ट तथा स्मार्टफोन असेंबली टेक्नीशियन प्रशिक्षण कोर्स का उद्घाटन किया। इस दौरान डीसी ने बताया कि 56 बच्चों को हेयर ड्रेसिंग और 29 बच्चों को स्मार्टफोन असेंबली की ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि पंजाब सरकार का उद्देश्य बच्चों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाकर उन्हें रोजगार के बेहतर अवसर उपलब्ध कराना है। प्रशिक्षण पूरा करने वाले सभी बच्चों को प्रमाण पत्र भी दिए जाएंगे।

Initiative to make 85 children from the Ludhiana Observation Home self-reliant: Deputy Commissioner Himanshu Jain inaugurated skill development courses in hairdressing and smartphone assembly; certificates will be awarded upon completion of the training.
A skill development program has been launched for 85 children residing at the Observation Home in Ludhiana. Deputy Commissioner Himanshu Jain inaugurated training courses for Hair Dresser & Stylist and Smartphone Assembly Technician.
Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner said that 56 children will receive training in hairdressing, while 29 children will be trained in smartphone assembly. He added that the Punjab Government aims to make these children self-reliant by equipping them with employable skills and creating better job opportunities for their future. All participants will be awarded certificates upon successful completion of the training program.
