जिला बार एसोसिएशन, लुधियाना के वकीलों ने अपनी लंबित मांगों को लेकर कोर्ट परिसर में क्रमिक भूख हड़ताल शुरू कर दी है। बड़ी संख्या में अधिवक्ताओं ने शांतिपूर्ण प्रदर्शन करते हुए मांगों के समर्थन में आवाज़ उठाई। बार एसोसिएशन के पदाधिकारियों ने कहा कि कई बार मांगें उठाने के बावजूद कोई ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं हुई, जिसके चलते यह कदम उठाना पड़ा। वकीलों ने स्पष्ट किया कि उनकी मांगें पूरी होने तक क्रमिक भूख हड़ताल जारी रहेगी। फिलहाल प्रशासन की ओर से कोई आधिकारिक प्रतिक्रिया सामने नहीं आई है
