लुधियाना शहर के शिवपुरी इलाके में देर रात कार पार्किंग को लेकर दो पड़ोसियों के बीच जमकर बवाल हुआ। विवाद इतना बढ़ गया कि एक पक्ष ने दूसरे के घर पर हमला कर दिया जिसमें एक व्यक्ति घायल हो गया है। घटना की सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची। फिलहाल पुलिस मेडिकल रिपोर्ट के आधार पर कार्रवाई की बात कह रही है।
घायल का आरोप: खाना खाते वक्त घर में घुसकर किया हमला
पीड़ित राकेश कुमार ने बताया कि वह रात को अपने परिवार के साथ खाना खा रहे थे। जब वह अपनी एक्टिवा अंदर करने लगे तभी पीछे से आए पड़ोसियों ने उन पर हमला बोल दिया। राकेश का आरोप है कि हमलावरों ने उनके घर का दरवाजा भी तोड़ दिया। घायल अवस्था में राकेश ने पुलिस को मौका दिखाया और अपना मेडिकल करवाने सिविल अस्पताल चले गए।
वहीं दूसरी ओर रॉबिन नामक युवक ने आरोपों को सिरे से नकारते हुए अपनी बात रखी। रॉबिन ने कहा दो दिन पहले उन्होंने पड़ोसी से कार हटाने को कहा था क्योंकि वहां उनकी गाड़ी की लगती है। पड़ोसी रॉबिन ने बताया कि वहाँ खुद धक्का लगवाकर उनकी कार दूसरी जगह शिफ्ट करवाई थी। शाम को जब पड़ोसी ने फिर वहीं कार खड़ी की तो पूछने पर उनके लड़के ने गाली-गलौज और मारपीट शुरू कर दी।
CCTV में कैद हुई झड़प,पत्थर और हथौड़ी भी चली
मामले में दो दिन पुराना एक CCTV फुटेज भी सामने आया है। इसमें साफ दिख रहा है कि एक युवक पहले गाली-गलौज करता है जिसके बाद दोनों परिवारों के बीच हाथापाई शुरू हो जाती है। इसके अलावा एक ताजा वीडियो भी वायरल हो रहा है जिसमें एक लड़का घर पर पत्थर मारता दिख रहा है और एक अन्य युवक के हाथ में हथौड़ी नजर आ रही है।
मौके पर पहुंचे पुलिस मुलाजिमों ने बताया कि दोनों पड़ोसियों के बीच पार्किंग को लेकर पुराना विवाद है। दो दिन पहले एक पक्ष ने शिकायत दी थी और अब दूसरे पक्ष ने दी है। पुलिस ने घटनास्थल का मुआयना कर लिया है। अधिकारियों का कहना है कि घायल की मेडिकल रिपोर्ट आने के बाद कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
A violent clash over car parking in Shivpuri, Ludhiana; attackers barged into the house and broke the door.
LUDHIANA : Late at night in the Shivpuri area of Ludhiana city, a serious altercation broke out between two neighbors over a car parking issue. The dispute escalated to such an extent that one party allegedly attacked the other’s house, leaving one person injured. As soon as the police received information about the incident, they reached the spot. The police say further action will be taken based on the medical report.
Injured man’s allegation: Attacked inside the house while having dinner
The victim, Rakesh Kumar, stated that he was having dinner with his family at night. When he went to park his Activa scooter inside, the neighbors who came from behind attacked him. Rakesh alleged that the attackers also broke the door of his house. In an injured condition, Rakesh showed the spot to the police and then went to the Civil Hospital for his medical examination.
Neighbor denies allegations
On the other hand, a person named Robin completely denied the allegations and presented his side of the story. Robin said that two days ago, he had asked the neighbor to remove their car as that space was used for parking his vehicle. He claimed that he had even got his car pushed and shifted to another place. In the evening, when the neighbor again parked the car at the same spot and he questioned them, the neighbor’s son started abusing and assaulting him.
Clash captured on CCTV; stones and a hammer seen
A two-day-old CCTV footage related to the case has also surfaced. It clearly shows a young man first hurling abuses, after which a scuffle breaks out between both families. Additionally, a recent video is going viral in which a boy is seen pelting stones at a house, and another youth is visible holding a hammer.
Police personnel who reached the spot said that there has been a long-standing dispute between the two neighbors over parking. One party had filed a complaint two days ago, and now the other party has done the same. The police have inspected the scene. Officials stated that legal action will be taken after the injured person’s medical report is received.
