ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਜ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਇੱਕ ਐਸੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਹਿਲਾ ਕੇ ਰੱਖ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਲੱਕੀ ਓਬਰੋਈ ਨੂੰ ਅਣਪਛਾਤੇ ਹਮਲਾਵਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਗੋਲੀ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਕਤਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਮਿਲੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ, ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਕਲ ਕੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਲੱਕੀ ਓਬਰੋਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਾਰ ਵੱਲ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ, ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਾਈਕ ‘ਤੇ ਸਵਾਰ ਬਦਮਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਤਾਬੜਤੋੜ ਫਾਇਰਿੰਗ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਗੰਭੀਰ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ, ਪਰ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਚਾ ਸਕੇ।
