जालंधर वासियों के लिए खुशखबरी है। भारतीय रेलवे ने नई दिल्ली से माता श्री वैष्णो देवी कटड़ा के बीच चलने वाली वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस (22439-22440) को जालंधर कैंट रेलवे स्टेशन पर ठहराव देने का निर्णय लिया है। यह सुविधा 2 अप्रैल से शुरू होगी। ट्रेन का यह ठहराव दोनों दिशाओं में प्रयोगात्मक रूप से 2-2 मिनट का होगा। इस फैसले से जालंधर और आसपास के इलाकों के रेल यात्रियों, विशेषकर श्रद्धालुओं को बड़ी राहत मिलेगी। रेलवे अधिकारियों के अनुसार, प्रयोग के दौरान यात्रियों की प्रतिक्रिया और सुविधा का आकलन किया जाएगा। सफल रहने पर इस ठहराव को स्थायी किया जा सकता है।

Good News for Jalandhar Residents: Delhi–Katra Vande Bharat to Halt at Jalandhar Cantt
Good news for the residents of Jalandhar. Indian Railways has decided to provide a stoppage at Jalandhar Cantt Railway Station for the Vande Bharat Express (22439-22440) running between New Delhi and Mata Shri Vaishno Devi Katra. This facility will begin from April 2. The halt will be experimental, lasting two minutes in each direction.
This decision will bring major relief to rail passengers from Jalandhar and nearby areas, especially devotees traveling for the Vaishno Devi pilgrimage. According to railway officials, passenger response and convenience will be closely monitored during the trial period. If found successful, the stoppage may be made permanent in the future.
