लुधियाना में मानसून को लेकर नगर निगम ने विशेष तैयारियां पूरी कर ली हैं। जलभराव और सीवरेज की शिकायतों के त्वरित समाधान के लिए स्पेशल वॉर रूम और हेल्पलाइन शुरू की गई है।
नगर निगम के I-Triple-C सेंटर से करीब 1700 सीसीटीवी कैमरों के जरिए पूरे शहर की निगरानी की जाएगी। जलभराव वाले संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों पर विशेष नजर रखी जाएगी।
साथ ही लोगों की सुविधा के लिए 90867-91867 मानसून हेल्पलाइन जारी की गई है। इस नंबर पर कॉल या व्हाट्सएप के माध्यम से शिकायत दर्ज कर तत्काल कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

Ludhiana Municipal Corporation’s Major Monsoon Preparedness: City to Be Monitored Through 1,700 CCTV Cameras
Ludhiana: The Municipal Corporation has completed special preparations to tackle the monsoon season. A dedicated War Room and Monsoon Helpline have been launched to ensure the prompt resolution of waterlogging and sewerage-related complaints.
The city will be monitored through nearly 1,700 CCTV cameras from the Municipal Corporation’s Integrated Command, Control, Communication and Coordination (I-Triple-C) Centre, with special focus on waterlogging-prone and vulnerable areas.
To facilitate quick public assistance, the Municipal Corporation has also launched the Monsoon Helpline: 90867-91867. Citizens can register complaints via phone call or WhatsApp, enabling authorities to take immediate action.
