ਪਿੰਡ ਦੀ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਨੇ ਪਤੰਗ ਉਡਾਉਣ ‘ਤੇ ਲਗਾਈ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ, ਚਾਈਨਾ ਡੋਰ ਤੋਂ ਵਧਦੀਆਂ ਦੁਰਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੀ ਢਿਲਾਈ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੀ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਨੇ ਖੁਦ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਸੰਭਾਲਦਿਆਂ ਪਤੰਗ ਉਡਾਉਣ ‘ਤੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਖ਼ਾਸ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਚਾਈਨਾ ਡੋਰ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਦੁਰਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੀ ਹੱਦ ਅੰਦਰ ਪਤੰਗ ਉਡਾਉਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਖ਼ਤਰਨਾਕ ਡੋਰ ਦੀ ਵਿਕਰੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨਾਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਨੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕਦਮ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਖੁਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਜਾਨ-ਮਾਲ, ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਸ਼ੂ-ਪੰਛੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

Village Panchayat Imposes Ban on Kite Flying Over Safety Concerns

Amid administrative inaction, the village panchayat has taken responsibility and imposed a complete ban on kite flying within the village limits. The decision has been taken keeping in mind the rising accidents caused by Chinese kite strings (manja) and public safety concerns.

The panchayat has clearly stated that kite flying and the sale of hazardous kite strings are strictly prohibited within the village boundaries. Strict action will be taken against anyone found violating the rules.

Appealing for public cooperation, the panchayat said that the move is not intended to curb celebrations, but to ensure the safety of people, children, and animals, and to prevent loss of life and property.
