पंजाब के खन्ना में अवैध इमिग्रेशन रैकेट के खिलाफ बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए पुलिस ने ऑपरेशन प्रहार-2 के तहत 10 सेंटरों को सील कर दिया। जीटीबी मार्केट स्थित एजुकेशन हब में एक साथ छापेमारी की गई। यह पूरी कार्रवाई Dr. Darpan Ahluwalia के नेतृत्व और दिशा-निर्देशों में की गई।
पुलिस को गुप्त सूचना मिली थी कि कुछ इमिग्रेशन एजेंट गैरकानूनी तरीके से युवाओं को विदेश भेजने का धंधा चला रहे हैं। इसके बाद एसएसपी के आदेश पर 10 विशेष पुलिस टीमें गठित की गईं और एक साथ छापेमारी की गई। प्रारंभिक जांच में पता चला कि सभी सेंटर बिना वैध अनुमति के संचालित हो रहे थे। पुलिस ने इनके खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर लिया है, जबकि संचालक फरार बताए जा रहे हैं। उनकी गिरफ्तारी के लिए अलग-अलग टीमें गठित की गई हैं।
छापेमारी के दौरान 30 पासपोर्ट, 34 कंप्यूटर, लैपटॉप और टैबलेट, 15 एटीएम कार्ड और 175 चेक बुक बरामद की गईं, जिनमें से कई पहले से साइन की हुई थीं। इसके अलावा कई महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज और डिजिटल डेटा भी जब्त किया गया। पुलिस के अनुसार यह बरामदगी बड़े स्तर पर वित्तीय धोखाधड़ी और अवैध लेन-देन की ओर संकेत करती है।
जांच में यह भी सामने आया है कि कुछ ऑपरेटर गैंगस्टरों और आपराधिक तत्वों के संपर्क में थे तथा फर्जी दस्तावेज तैयार कर युवाओं को गैरकानूनी तरीके से विदेश भेजने में मदद कर रहे थे। कई पीड़ित युवक-युवतियां भी सामने आए, जिन्होंने ठगी के आरोप लगाए। पुलिस ने उनके बयान दर्ज कर लिए हैं और कानूनी सहायता का आश्वासन दिया है।
पुलिस रिकॉर्ड के अनुसार कुछ आरोपी पहले से ही खन्ना, नवांशहर और नई दिल्ली में दर्ज मामलों में वांछित हैं। इस अवसर पर एसएसपी डॉ. दर्पण आहलूवालिया ने कहा कि युवाओं के भविष्य से खिलवाड़ करने वालों को किसी भी कीमत पर बख्शा नहीं जाएगा और अवैध गतिविधियों के खिलाफ अभियान जारी रहेगा। शहरवासियों ने इस कार्रवाई की सराहना की है और इसे कानून-व्यवस्था के लिए सकारात्मक कदम बताया है।

In a major crackdown on an illegal immigration racket in Khanna, Punjab Police sealed 10 centers under Operation Prahar-2. Simultaneous raids were conducted at the education hub located in GTB Market. The operation was carried out under the leadership and guidance of Dr. Darpan Ahluwalia.
Acting on a tip-off that certain immigration agents were illegally sending youths abroad, the SSP formed 10 special police teams that conducted coordinated raids. Preliminary investigations revealed that all the centers were operating without valid authorization. Cases have been registered against them, while the operators are currently absconding. Separate teams have been formed to arrest the accused.
During the raids, police recovered 30 passports, 34 computers, laptops and tablets, 15 ATM cards, and 175 cheque books, many of which were pre-signed. Several important documents and digital data were also seized. According to police, the recovery indicates large-scale financial fraud and illegal transactions.
Investigations further revealed that some operators were in contact with gangsters and criminal elements and were allegedly preparing fake documents to send youths abroad illegally. Several victims also came forward, accusing the centers of fraud. Their statements have been recorded, and police assured them of full legal support.
Police records show that some accused were already wanted in cases registered in Khanna, Nawanshahr, and New Delhi. SSP Dr. Darpan Ahluwalia stated that those playing with the dreams and future of the youth will not be spared, and the campaign against illegal activities will continue. Residents appreciated the police action, calling it a strong message against illegal immigration networks.
