अजनाला में फूड सेफ्टी विभाग की बड़ी कार्रवाई: चोगावां रोड स्थित दो डेयरियों पर छापेमारी, पनीर, दूध और दही के सैंपल जांच के लिए भेजे गए; सफाई में कमियां मिलने पर सुधार के निर्देश, मिलावट और गैर-मानक खाद्य पदार्थों पर सख्त चेतावनी

अजनाला में फूड सेफ्टी विभाग ने खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए विशेष जांच अभियान के तहत चोगावां रोड स्थित मटिया डेयरी और सहारा डेयरी पर छापेमारी की। इस दौरान पनीर, दूध और दही के नमूने लेकर जांच के लिए भेजे गए।

जांच के दौरान कुछ स्वच्छता संबंधी कमियां सामने आने पर डेयरी मालिकों को तुरंत सुधार करने के निर्देश दिए गए। फूड सेफ्टी विभाग के सहायक आयुक्त डॉ. रजिंदर कुमार ने कहा कि लोगों को मानक और सुरक्षित खाद्य पदार्थ उपलब्ध करवाना विभाग की पहली प्राथमिकता है तथा मिलावटखोरी या गैर-मानक खाद्य पदार्थों की बिक्री किसी भी कीमत पर बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।

Major Action by Food Safety Department in Ajnala: Raids Conducted at Two Dairies on Chogawan Road, Samples of Paneer, Milk, and Curd Sent for Testing; Improvement Orders Issued After Hygiene Lapses Found, Strict Warning Against Adulteration and Sale of Substandard Food Products

In Ajnala, the Food Safety Department conducted raids at Matia Dairy and Sahara Dairy located on Chogawan Road as part of a special inspection drive to ensure the quality of food products. During the operation, samples of paneer, milk, and curd were collected and sent for testing.

During the inspection, certain hygiene-related deficiencies were found, and the dairy owners were instructed to make immediate improvements. Assistant Commissioner of the Food Safety Department, Dr. Rajinder Kumar, stated that providing people with standard and safe food products is the department’s top priority, and adulteration or the sale of substandard food items will not be tolerated at any cost.
