लुधियाना के नगर निगम (MCL) वार्ड सं. 79 के कॉन्सिलर सिमरनजीत सिंह (सिमू) ने अपने क्षेत्र के नाले को लेकर, अधिकारियों को कई बार शिकायत की। लेकिन हर बार उनका यही जवाब होता है कि ऊपरी कार्यालयों से अनुमति नहीं है।जिसके कारण आज वही नाला एक ही बारिश में तालाब का रूप ले चुका है।

Citing lack of approval, drain turns into a pond after rain: Situation in Ward 79
Ludhiana Municipal Corporation (MCL) Ward No. 79 councillor Simranjit Singh (Simu) has repeatedly lodged complaints with officials regarding a drain in his area. However, each time he was told that approval from higher offices had not been granted. As a result, the same drain has now turned into a pond after just one spell of rain.
