Tripura’s Arshiya Das Becomes Northeast India’s First Woman International Master
Amid the growing popularity of chess in India, 15-year-old Arshiya Das from Tripura has achieved a historic milestone. She has become the first player from Northeast India to earn the title of Woman International Master (WIM).
