ਕਥਿਤ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਘੋਟਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ Arvind Kejriwal ਅਤੇ Manish Sisodia ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੀ ਰਾਹਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕੈਬਿਨੇਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ Harpal Singh Cheema ਨੇ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੇ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਲਿਆ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਚੀਮਾ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿਰਮੌਰ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ Aam Aadmi Party ਦੀ ਛਵੀ ਨੂੰ ਧੁੰਦਲਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਕਾਮਯਾਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਅਖੰਡਤਾ ’ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜੇ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਰਚੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕੇ। ਚੀਮਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੱਚ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਦੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਖਿਰਕਾਰ ਸੱਚ ਦੀ ਹੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।

Following the relief granted to Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia in the alleged liquor scam case, Punjab Cabinet Minister Harpal Singh Cheema termed the decision as historic. He stated that the honorable court’s verdict has brought the truth to light. Cheema alleged that attempts were made through the country’s top agencies to tarnish the image of the Aam Aadmi Party, but those efforts failed. He further accused the BJP of conspiring to question the integrity of the party and acting against the Constitution. Cheema emphasized that the court’s decision marks a victory for democracy and the Constitution, asserting that ultimately, truth prevails.
