अमेरिकी सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ट्रंप के टैरिफ को बताया गैरकानूनी, फैसले पर ट्रंप की तीखी प्रतिक्रिया

अमेरिका के सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पूर्व राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप द्वारा लगाए गए टैरिफ को गैरकानूनी करार दिया है। अदालत ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि 100 से अधिक देशों पर टैरिफ लागू करते समय राष्ट्रपति ने अपने अधिकारों की सीमा का उल्लंघन किया और निर्धारित कानूनी प्रक्रिया का पालन नहीं किया।

फैसले के बाद ट्रंप ने कड़ी प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए इसे “शर्मनाक” बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि टैरिफ के मुद्दे पर उनके पास एक बैकअप प्लान भी मौजूद है।

US Supreme Court Declares Trump’s Tariffs Illegal, Trump Reacts Strongly to Verdict

The US Supreme Court has declared the tariffs imposed by former President Donald Trump as illegal. In its order, the court stated that while imposing tariffs on more than 100 countries, the President exceeded his authority and failed to follow the prescribed legal process.

Reacting strongly to the verdict, Trump called the decision “disgraceful” and said that he has a backup plan regarding the tariff issue.
